In Singapore’s climate, defined by heat and humidity, a ceiling fan has to do more than spin. It has to perform consistently, efficiently, and reliably, day after day.
Yet for too long, the fan industry has accepted “good enough”. Designs changed on the surface, yet true innovation in performance, materials, and engineering moved ever so slowly. We knew Singaporeans deserved better.
So we got right to work building ceiling fans fit for homes here. We designed from the inside out.
Every motor, blade, bearing, and material choice is studied, tested, and refined. We push our components to failure to understand their limits, then rebuild them to be stronger, smoother, and more reliable.
We are not here to build ordinary fans. We are here to build fans that deliver comfort, last longer, and belong beautifully in the modern home.
Because in Singapore, a ceiling fan is part of everyday living. It helps families sleep better, and makes gatherings more comfortable.

Our Journey
Humble Beginnings in Bugis
Point One began as a small shopfront in Bugis, building and offering commercial lighting solutions.
The foundation of what would become Singapore's top performance ceiling fan engineering company.
Serving Homes in Singapore
As Singapore homes evolved, we expanded into residential lighting and opened Point One Light Shop in Geylang Lorong 1, serving Singapore homeowners directly for the first time.
Building Through Change
Our engineering-first focus allowed us to weather the Global Financial Crisis, and emerge ready to cater to the new demands of homeowners.
We were the first to introduce reliable mass-market RGB LED lighting to Singapore when the market needed it most. A pattern that would define us.
Our First Ceiling Fan
A defining moment. We launched our first ceiling fan, the PO ECO Fan, with a clear focus: stronger airflow, better efficiency, and comfort designed for Singapore living.
New Branding, Steadfast Mission
We rebranded as Point One Technology, continuing our pursuit of engineering excellence and reliable performance.
The era of EC-motor fans begins.
Smarter Comfort
We introduced smart home features into our ceiling fans, bringing greater convenience and control to modern Singapore homes.
We also begun regional expansion beginning with Vietnam.
A New Chapter of Performance
Our ceiling fan division is now known as Point One Fan. We crossed 50,000 units sold and released the Vortex VSPEC-IV RS TYPE-II, our most powerful fan at the time.
The Award-Winning Difference
Blizzard VSPEC-IV received the Red Dot Product Design Award 2026, recognising our obsessive belief that performance and design should move forward together.
