Today, Point One Fan is an award-winning ceiling fan brand known for powerful airflow and engineering-led design.
But behind this journey is a team that still remembers where it began, in 1987, from a small shopfront in Bugis, creating and offering lighting solutions for Singapore homes.
Over the years, we witnessed Singapore transform. Homes changed. Expectations changed. Families wanted better products, better comfort, and better design for the spaces they lived in. All this while we kept building.

What ceiling fan size is right for my home?
Finding the right fan size for your living room and bedroom is easy. In general, you will need 60cm of distance from blade tip to the nearest wall or cabinetry. Smaller 30”+ fans can work with a smaller buffer of 45cm, and larger 60”+ fans should have around 90cm of buffer
In summary, bedrooms and study rooms suit 34″ – 46″, living rooms suit 46″ – 62″. Corner fans are great for dining and kitchen areas. Still unsure? Book a showroom appointment, and we’ll provide a free fan planning assessment for you.
What's the difference between your three series?
Ultimate-Performance Series is our most powerful range, built for maximum airflow and with premium construction.
High-Performance Series is our most versatile range for everyday strong airflow and refined design.
Performance Series is our practical entry range with reliable EC-fan comfort and everyday essential features.
All fans across the three series use our advanced EC-Motor Technology.
Are your ceiling fans smart-home-enabled?
With the exception of PZERO Z63, all of our fans are smart-home-enabled. You can use them with major Smart Home Management Systems such as Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Tuya, Smartlife.
We are continuously expanding support, and our smart fans are now compatible with Verde Smart App from Singapore’s premier lighting brand, Verde Light.
What are corner fans and how can I plan them in my home?
Corner fans provide airflow in spaces too narrow for typical ceiling fans. As such, corner fans are a great complement to your overall fan planning and are ideal for spaces such as dining rooms, kitchens, and even long or irregularly shaped living rooms.
What is an EC motor, and why does it matter?
An EC (electronically commutated) motor combines the efficiency of DC with smarter electronic power regulation built into the motor. The result is stronger airflow, better electrical control and power efficiency than conventional DC Fans and traditional AC Fans. Every Point One fan uses EC-motor technology.
Do you provide installation? Can I use my own electrician?
Yes we do. We strongly recommend installation by a Point One specialist to ensure correct mounting, balance, and safety. For specific models – Typhoon VSPEC-IV RS and Blizzard VSPEC-IV – installation by a Point One specialist is required for the warranty to be valid. Check the product page before arranging third-party installation.
I'm renovating my home now, when should I order a fan from you?
Order once your ceiling and electrical points are confirmed, typically near the end of your renovation. Or order early with us should you wish to secure stock in advance, as popular models and colours do sell out. We can hold orders in our warehouse for up to 30 days.
